I guess I shall start this letter by saying that it is only natural that any Father would want his daughter's wedding to be absolutely perfect.  I am no different than any other Father.  I will not lie.  I was very apprehensive in allowing a wedding chapel in the mountains of Tennessee totally plan and organize my little girl's wedding.  I had thoughts and visions of things being unorganized and not up to the caliber I felt my daughter deserved.

How wrong you have proven me to be.  Heather and Chad's wedding was beautiful.   Every detail was planned and taken care of exactly as you said it would be.   All of our guests have told us how beautiful the chapel and wedding was.  The ceremony was very personal.  The minister spoke to Heather and Chad as though he had always known them.  The reception was great.  It exceeded our expectations by far.  I received a call from my daughter upon their arrival at their honeymoon cabin.   Her exact words were "Dad, it is something right out of a magazine, it is beautiful."  The quality of the photos were as good as any I have ever seen.   When you told me the video was professionally produced and edited I had no idea what to expect.  Everyone who has seen it has said it is the best wedding video they have ever seen.

I hope you can tell from my words how happy and pleased we are with the service you provided for our daughter's wedding.  Her mother and I want to express our thanks and gratitude for everything you did.  Mountain Valley Chapel has a special meaning in our hearts.

Dear Susie,

Thanks for making my wedding possible. I really mean that. I never knew what a wedding consultant did, but I sure do now! What a memorable day.  I never would have made it, couldn't possibly have had anything close to the wedding I wanted without your help.  Everything was perfect. You made us feel so comfortable and it is unbelievable that it just goes off like clockwork and I can understand why there is no need for a rehearsal. The minister was wonderful and the message was so beautiful. He made you feel so comfortable and like he had known you forever. The chapel was beautiful and I can understand why it is voted the best Wedding Chapel in the area! Everyone at our wedding was telling us how beautiful the chapel was and people looking at the pictures was telling us too.

The photographer was wonderful and we love our photos. We actually picked out one for a portrait before we left.

Well, needless to say the limo took everyone's breath away!  Randy and I certainly enjoyed our ride to Little River Grill   and I think we could have taken everyone of the wedding party in it too!

Because of your time, patience, understanding and organization...I had a perfect wedding day!  Thanks again, you're one in a million!

Dear Mountain Valley Chapel Staff,

It's been 10 days since our wedding, and its still the main topic of discussion down here in Georgia :). We just wanted to take a moment and let you all know how much we truly, truly, appreciate everything you did to make our wedding day so beautiful and memorable. I believe whole heartedly that God led us to you all and your chapel on the mountain. Words cannot express how pleased we were and how pleased we continue to be. Let me start by commending our wedding coordinator on the job that she did . She was patient and kind, and always had time to take a call from this anxious bride. She did all she could to set my fears at ease, and she was right, I had nothing to worry about. She listened to what I wanted and tried her best to make sure I got it. She does her job very well, and we were very lucky to have her as our coordinator. Once we neared our date, we worked with the reception coordinators on making sure all the details were correct. They both were patient, and knowledgeable, and if they didn't have a answer to my questions, they made sure to find the answer and get back to me. They were just great. When we arrived in Pigeon Forge, your staff was incredible. We were greeted at the chapel by friendly knowledgeable personnel who swiftly took control of things. Our requests were listened to and incorporated into the ceremony. We were worried about not having a rehearsal, but it looked as though we had practiced for days. The minister's words were memorable, and he spoke to Chad and I as if he had been our family minister for years. We were asked repeatedly after the ceremony if he knew us personally. My eyes still fill with tears as I remember the ceremony itself. Many have commented that it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever attended. I can't say enough about our wedding photographer. She was helpful, and friendly, her pictures were absolutely perfect. She is a very talented at what she does. Please let her know that many people have commented on her work and how beautiful the pictures are. Our reception was elegant, and well put together. The decorations were incredible, and the hostess was wonderful. The food was awesome! We will all remember in the years to come how much fun we all had dancing, and just being together. No one expected it to be so wonderful.  In closing, it was a perfect wedding. It was more than I ever hoped for. Our love is a story book romance, and so deserved a fairy tale wedding, and you all made that happen. For that, thank you does not seem like enough. We will recommend you to any brides to be we come across and will hold the day in our hearts forever. Thank you, again...

I want to thank you for your patience, your encouragement and most of all - your expertise in photography!  If I had paid millions of dollars and planned for months and months, I don't believe my daughter's wedding pictures could have been any better.  We were all delighted and completely satisfied.  I am a hospice sockal worker.  I deal with death and dying every day of my life and find it a privilege to do so. The symbol for our hospice is the butterfly, representing the transformation that takes place from this world to the next.  The work you do also represents a transformation in the world of the liveing, from two lives on a solo path to a unified team.  Witnessing such an event is also a privilege and your photos make the memories an everlasting, beautiful reminder of that special day.   Thank you for helping make my daughter's wedding day special with your energetic personality, your continual reassurance and your talented photography.  You are a true asset to your employer and to your profession.

Dear Connie,

We were married at Mountain Valley Chapel and it was the most perfect and precious day of our lives.  We live in Georgia, and I was somewhat concerned about planning a long distance wedding without being there.  But you were so kind and reassuring that things would go just fine.  You were so nice and personable that I felt that we were old acquaintances when we finally met.  You greeted my fiance` and I with the biggest smile.  And what a pretty smile it was!

When we arrived at the chapel, the staff was ready to take charge right away.  We were very impressed by the personable and friendly people who worked there.  The chapel was so beautiful and elegant (just the way I like it), complete with candlelight, flowers and beautifully decorated pews.   We appreciated the Minister's words.  They really ministered to both my husband and me.  One of my guests commented about the good words he spoke.  The grounds were picture perfect.  As a matter of fact, when I took my photos to work, my co-workers were awed at the beauty of the mountains captured in the photographs.   Several people asked me if I was standing in front of a painting.  I replied "No, this is the real McCoy!"  We just cannot get over how pretty the pictures are and how special the video is.  We must have looked at it a hundred times already.  My husband and I cannot stop bragging about our day and how special it was, how much fun Saprina was and how nice you are Connie.  Thanks for your thoughtfulness and personalized attention.

From our hearts we thank you guys for making our day so special.  In the words of my husband, "I'm ready to do it all over again!"

Although it has been several months since our wedding, we have never really had the opportunity to thank you properly.  Our wedding was perfect thanks to Mountain Valley Chapel.  The staff was wonderful and the minister was truly anointed.  We were so nervous and so rushed, but everyone at the chapel assisted in taking most of the weight off of our shoulders.  We don't believe it was an accident or pure happen chance that we chose Mountain Valley Chapel.  In fact, we believe that it was God's perfect will that we marry on the mountain.  The setting was lovely and the chapel itself was breathtaking.  The view was also magnificent.
